This initial estimate provides a realistic ballpark figure for the scope, but please note that the final cost will depend on the actual size of your space and your final material selections. If our numbers align with your budget and vision we will collect a 50% deposit to get your project started. Once all the details are ironed out we’ll provide a detailed final estimate. Our quote will break down each line item, so you’ll know exactly what to expect from the project and your new space.
Depending on the scope of your project there may be many or just a couple steps involved in completing your project but rest assured we are always available to answer any questions that arise throughout the duration.
Small projects may be completed in as little as a day but larger ones like a full kitchen renovation can take a few weeks to complete. What ever size your project is know that your project will be scheduled out in advance and clear expectations will be set so your never left guessing.
Only when the project is complete and you are satisfied do we collect the remaining invoice balance.
