We take an active role in the design process to ensure that we meet your expectations.
We offer alternative solutions along the way to either save money, time, or increase functionality through simplicity.
All major design decisions are required to be made prior to construction.

Pre construction

We create a detailed proposal that aligns with your vision and budget.
We create a loose but realistic project schedule that allows for minor delays to occur without completely derailing the timeline.

During construction

Zip wall work zone isolation, dust extraction on cutting tools, work zone HEPA air scrubber loose debris is always bagged.
We utilize well thought out work zones and pre selected operation spaces to prevent spill over into non work areas.
Daily end of day clean up and work site reset.

Project wrap up

We conduct our own walk through and complete our punch list prior to the final walk through with the customer.
Final walk through with customer and designer is performed with any final punch list requirements completed prior to close out of project.
