The fine print!

Just kidding, but here is a list of guarantees, warranties, and promises. I  can boldly make these because my work is that good, I use the best hardware and tools available, my system is tight and scribes are tighter. This isn't a bunch of words, it's how I operate.

  1. 1 year labor warranty on all completed work
  2. I handle the whole project from start to finish (you call me and I solve problems, you don't have to deal with any subcontractors)
  3. Lifetime guarantee on base cabinet leveling system (ez-levelers)
  4. On time guarantee (If the project isn't finished on time, I will double your labor warranty)
  5. No hidden fees and easy to understand pricing. My quote = invoice.

The Iron Goat process

step one - the meet up

  • 90 min $250 on site project planning meeting
  • includes measurements and document scope of work
  • $250 fee discounted at project completion.

step two - pick your finishes

  • you choose cabinets, countertops, hardware, backsplash, finishes, and any other features desired to be included with the project.

step three - decision time

  • we finalize project details and go over the layout
  • collect deposit (covers 50% of labor and all materials) 
  • I order cabinets, hardware and create a project schedule
  • cabinet install starts directly after demo is completed (I wont start demo until cabinets are on site and verify they're correct)
  • we schedule templating, countertop, backsplash, and flooring

step four - the big week

  • day 1 demo 
  • days 2-3 cabinetry install (depending on size and complexity)
  • day 4 flooring
  • appliance installation
  • day 5 final trim out
  • countertop templating scheduled for following week after cabs are installed
  • countertop and backsplash install the week following templating (temporary countertops available if desired)


step five - finishing touches

  • countertop install
  • back splash install
  • final electrical, appliance install, plumbing
  • Remaining invoice balance due upon project completion
